1) How do I find my image(s) ONSITE at an event? Our viewing stations will be located at the finish area of your event. To view your image(s) simply enter your bib number at the viewing station.
a) What next? The viewing station allows you to print your image, right there onsite, and take home a memento of your day. Alternatively, you could choose to have your image emailed to you or sent to your mobile phone.
b) How can I pay onsite? We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. 2) How do I find my image(s) ONLINE? Select your event from the recent events listed above and then enter your bib number when prompted.
a) What next? View samples to help with the selection of the products(s) you would like and then use our secure check out procedure to order online. 3) What if no images are shown when I enter my bib number? ONSITE or ONLINE? Enter bib number zero ”0″ this will display all the images where the participants bib number was obscured or unreadable.
a) I have entered ‘0′ and still cannot find my image. You may not have been photographed at this event. We endeavor to photograph all participants but invariably miss a few at each event, please try again next time.
4) Is the final image zoomed and cropped? All photographs are zoomed and cropped to show the participant that ordered, the image, in the best possible light. If you choose to have a photo product sent via email, we will again zoom and crop to size so that the image is ready for you to print. However, the full size file option and files sent to mobile devices are not zoomed. These files are sold ‘as-is’ for you to zoom and crop to the size you want to print. 5) How big is a full size file? We use the latest professional digital cameras set at medium file size (because we take so many photographs) the final size of the files are between 2.0 and 5MB. This is more than enough to print up to an 8″x12″ image and prints that are any larger will only have a very minimal loss of quality. 6) When will my order arrive? Onsite orders will take only a few minutes. Images ordered via electronic files are emailed out every three working days. Online orders are dispatched once a week. Even at busy periods UK orders should not take more than 14 days to arrive. International orders may take 21 days in busy periods. 7) Still have a question? If your query has not been answered, then please go to our contacts page to see how you can reach us.
