Royal Mail Postal Strike
We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible and do not charge for postage in the UK. We send all orders by Royal Mail and aim for delivery within 14 days of your order being placed. However, due to the current disruptions in the postal service we cannot guarantee a delivery window period with our free postage option. During this period we ask for your patience and ask that you contact us if you have not received your photographic gifts 21 days after ordering.
For those in a rush to receive your image we are offering a special delivery option but we have been advised that even this is not guaranteed by the post office on days of action. The only guaranteed way on strike days to receive your image within 48 hours is to order an email product.
